“GETTING STARTED”

Getting started with SMART Schools is simple. All it takes is a call to our Colorado Springs office. A staff member of the company will take your call and set an appointment for one of us to meet with you to explore your needs and see how we can best help you. It is critical that we understand your circumstance and work with you to design the best approach to providing effective, internet-based instruction and service. The following are the typical steps in the process:

2. A meeting at your office to discuss needs and design a program
|
|
|
3. A memorandum of understanding created between SMART Schools and your school establishing the program
|

|
4. Open an account, at no cost, with SMART Schools (Click here for online application)
|
|
|
5. Training for involved staff conducted at your school
|
|
|
6. Preconfigured computers delivered, students oriented, instruction begun
|
|
|
7. Continual tech support provided, as needed
|
|
|
8. Monthly billing for services rendered
|
|
|
9. Training provided for student administration and reporting for appropriate State and Federal reimbursement
|
|
